As a Customer Support Specialist you'll be the face of UPLIFT Desk to our customers. We are looking for candidates with experience handling customer interactions as well as providing creative solutions to customer issues in a Customer Support role. At UPLIFT Desk, your focus will be on providing the best customer experience possible by resolving customer concerns via phone, live chat, and email. From facilitating a new customer's product selection to resolving warranty claims for returning customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience with Uplift. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
- Critical thinking and problem solving; your comprehension skills mean you're confident to share ideas and feedback from the start
- Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one
- Strong work ethic with a high level of empathy, motivation, and enthusiasm to continually improve
- Communicate, both verbally and written, in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
- Can multi-task quickly and efficiently, prioritize responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience providing customer support via live chat
- Proficient with Google suite
- Adaptable to change and actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style
- Someone who is seeking a career in management and wants to grow into a leadership role within the team
What You’ll Do
- Answer high quantities of phones, live chats, tickets, and emails
- Become an UPLIFT product expert across an ever-growing suite of products
- Follow troubleshooting steps with customers and fill out warranty cases
- Assist customers with damaged or missing items
- Review orders, answer questions, and make changes based on customer needs
- Understand return, warranty, and shipping policies so that you can assist customers in an efficient manner with accurate information
- Identify, document, and solve a wide variety of potential customer complaints within standard operating procedural guidelines
- Work to achieve the Customer Service Team’s quality and productivity goals
- Work in a team-centered environment where continuous learning and experimentation is your day-to-day

- Compensation: $22/Hourly

- Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, 40 hours per week
