UPLIFT Desk is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead creative development across paid advertising, branded content, and cross-channel campaigns. This is a high-impact role that blends creative leadership with strategic execution.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the visual and verbal voice of our brand, ensuring everything we produce—whether it’s a paid ad, web banner, video, or homepage feature—is consistent, engaging, and effective. You’ll oversee the photography and video studio, lead the internal content and 3D teams, work closely with performance marketers to produce high-converting ad creative, and support our broader brand presence across web, social, and email.
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically but also dive into the details. Someone who can write a tight brief, ask smart questions, and give clear feedback. Someone who’s as comfortable directing creative for a YouTube ad as they are producing an educational video for a new product launch.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative production, art direction, or a related role
- 2+ years of experience managing people and creative contributors directly
- Demonstrated success across both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership across paid media, web, and content platforms
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft briefs, campaign messaging, and feedback
- Technical fluency with tools like Google Workspace, AirTable or Monday.com, Gmail/Chat, and DAM platforms
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional collaboration
- A process-minded approach with adaptability in fast-moving environments
Bonus Points For
- Experience at a DTC, digitally native, or fast-scaling eCommerce brand
- Familiarity with paid platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube, and how creative influences performance metrics like ROAS
- Experience producing educational or instructional content for consumers or B2B audiences
- Confidence in directing content across various media formats (video, static, 3D, UX)
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end creative production for brand and performance campaigns across paid media, website, social, and email
- Write clear, strategic briefs that align creative output with brand and business objectives
- Supervise a high-performing creative team, including contributors in 3D, video, design, and photography
- Manage in-house studio operations, directing shoot planning, styling, and propping for photo and video content
- Partner with the performance marketing team to deliver high-converting creative assets that reinforce brand identity
- Review and approve content with a critical eye toward messaging, quality, and consistency
- Ensure content is educational, informative, and mission-aligned—promoting productivity and well-being
- Build and improve creative workflows including stakeholder input, feedback, timelines, and final delivery
- Contribute to brand and campaign strategy, influencing messaging direction and creative execution
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms and media
- Source and manage freelance or agency partners as needed to expand production capacity
