The Supply team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. Due to quickly expanding volume, we are in need of a highly motivated and goal-oriented Receiving & Support Associate. The primary emphasis of this position is receiving and general warehouse labor. Receiving & Support Associates will report to the Support Supervisor and work closely with the forklift team, line restockers and the production team. The main warehouse is located on Ferguson Ln - but there may be travel to other local warehouses if the need arises.

What You'll Bring

• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse. Push up to 60 pounds.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand all safety guidelines and job requirements
• Adhere to defined quality and fulfillment production standards
• Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and your team members safe. We provide protective gear.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift certification or experience using warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities

What You’ll Do

• Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack, or forklift
• Stretch wrap and band pallets
• Perform material handling and rework
• Cut wood for pallets as needed
• Assist with landscaping and yard maintenance
• Clean and maintain common warehouse areas
• Move, stage, and restock materials to support production
• Serve as flexible labor for pick/pack, parcel shipping, and freight shipping teams
• Travel to other local warehouses to support operations when required
• Report to Support Supervisor with updates, issues, or process improvement ideas

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
