Job Description

The Fulfillment team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. We are in need of motivated and goal-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associates. You may be required to work in a variety of different areas supporting warehouse operations. Most employees work in air conditioned warehouses.

Required Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and reach
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse.
• Go up and down stairs
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand any and all safety guidelines and job requirements
• Adhere to defined quality and fulfillment production standards
• Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and your team members safe. We provide protective gear
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment

What You’ll Do

• Pick customer orders from a pick sheet or using a headset with voice commands
• Load and unload conveyor line
• Build and tape shipping boxes
• Pack and ship parcel and freight orders
• Ship customer orders using PC-based software applications
• Receive, barcode, and stock warehouse product
• Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack and/or forklift
• Stretch wrap and band pallets
• Help with general warehouse upkeep
• Assist other departments with different assignments
