As a People Operations Generalist at UPLIFT Desk, recruiting will be your primary responsibility. You will manage recruiting activities across multiple departments, including reviewing applicants, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining accurate recruiting records throughout the hiring process.

In addition to recruiting, you will support the People Operations Director with recurring HR processes and administrative responsibilities. As you become established in the role, additional monthly and recurring People Operations responsibilities will be assigned based on department needs. This position is a strong fit for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting while also wanting continued exposure to broader People Operations responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of Human Resources, People Operations, or recruiting experience

• Hands-on recruiting experience managing multiple open positions, including applicant review, phone screens, interview coordination, and candidate communication

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple searches, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up

• Professional written and verbal communication skills when working with candidates, employees, and leaders

• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential employee and candidate information

• Experience recruiting across multiple departments and position levels

• Experience with high-volume recruiting or hiring events

• Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRIS

• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, employee records, or recurring HR processes

• Experience working in a fast-paced, mid-sized organization

What You’ll Do

• Manage recruiting activities for assigned positions from applicant review through candidate selection

• Review resumes and applications against established position requirements and identify qualified candidates

• Conduct candidate phone screens and maintain accurate screening and interview documentation

• Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams

• Partner with hiring managers to keep recruiting activity moving and provide updates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

• Support offer, pre-employment, and new hire onboarding processes

• Support the People Operations Director with benefits-related communication, documentation, and administrative processes

• Complete assigned monthly and recurring People Operations responsibilities accurately and on schedule

• Support additional People Operations projects and responsibilities as assigned

• Compensation:$70,000 - $80,000 annually, DOE

• Type: Full-time

• Employee Status: Regular

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
