We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Junior Technical Artist to join our growing Marketing team. This role is built for someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in a structured and organized workflow, and understands that the smallest details make the biggest difference in a premium customer experience.

In this role, you'll own UPLIFT Desk's 3D asset library, maintaining, organizing, and updating the 3D furniture models that power our website's product configurators. You'll manage the hide/display logic that determines how customers visualize and configure their workstations online, ensuring every combination is accurate, functional, and visually polished. Every detail you manage will directly shape how customers experience the UPLIFT Desk brand.

What You'll Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating visual scripting, Java knowledge, rendering, or visualization work is required for consideration

• Proficiency with 3D software (such as Blender, 3DS Max, Unreal, KeyShot, Corona, or similar) and a strong understanding of asset management workflows

• An exceptional eye for detail and a methodical, organized approach to complex, technical work

• Ability to manage multiple assets and projects simultaneously without letting quality slip

• Comfort working cross-functionally with web, product, and creative teams to implement updates accurately and on time

Bonus Points For

• 3D modeling

• Experience working with product configurators or ecommerce visualization tools

• Familiarity with hide/display logic, variant rules, or similar configuration systems

• Experience maintaining large-scale digital asset libraries

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Background in furniture, product design, or industrial visualization

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain UPLIFT Desk's library of 3D furniture assets used across the website, ensuring models are accurate, up to date, and organized

• Manage and update hide/display rules within our product configurators, ensuring every configuration renders correctly for customers

• Audit configurators regularly to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or outdated assets

• Prepare and integrate new 3D assets whenever products are launched, updated, or discontinued

• Collaborate with the web and product teams to implement configurator changes accurately and efficiently

• Troubleshoot configurator logic issues as they arise, communicating clearly with stakeholders on timelines and solutions

• Maintain rigorous file naming, versioning, and organization standards across all 3D asset libraries

• Support the broader creative team with 3D rendering or visualization needs as assigned

• Other duties as assigned

• Compensation: $19 - $25 hourly

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
